Your Declare labels will be accessible in your Publications. To access your publications, you can navigate to "My Library" > "Publications." In your publications, you can see your Declare labels, their status and expiration date.
When your Declare label is up for renewal in the Publications dashboard, you will see that their status is "Eligible for Renewal." Clicking on the "Eligible for Renewal" link will begin the renewal process for the Declare label. This link shows up for published Declare labels within 30 days of their expiration date. Any labels that are not within this expiration timeframe will not have the "Eligible for Renewal" status.
You can filter your list of labels to only show labels that are eligible for renewal by clicking the "Status" drop-down and selecting "Eligible for Renewal."
Selecting the "Eligible for Renewal" link on your published labels will take you to the publication view for the product with an option to either "Review Product" or "Purchase Renewal." We recommend that you review your product before purchasing a renewal to ensure that all of your product information is correct.
"Review Product" will take you back to the product BOM where you can review the product ingredients and submission information before submitting. This is also where you can make changes or updates if you have new substance data and/or summary data. You will navigate back to the Publication record once you are done reviewing/revising the product BOM and have saved your changes.
When you select "Purchase Renewal," the renewal purchasing workflow begins with a disclaimer.
Once you agree to "Continue" if you have no further edits for your product information, you will be taken to the payment page to purchase your renewal and it will be submitted for approval.
