You've done all the work of sending out surveys to a variety of suppliers. Now, you want to look through and analyze the answers you got back! Use the Portfolio view to look at your overall responses and dive deeper into the data.
In order to do that, I'll start with a few examples.
Example - Prop 65 Compliance
Let's say you've asked suppliers about California Proposition 65 List. You want to know whose responded and what they've said. The Portfolio allows you to parse that data in a variety of ways.
You can see the percent of each answer in a pie cart or the different answers in a table. Finally, you can filter for materials that contain a specific answer, such as in this case, materials that contain Prop 65 chemicals. From there, you can find the products that material is used in a investigate further.
Example - Survey Campaign Progress
Another example would be checking the status of a survey campaign. If you are surveying suppliers, you might want to know the percent of responses you have gotten back.
Right at the beginning you may have very few responses, as (No Value) indicates a lack of responses.
And by the end, you might only have one or two laggard suppliers who have yet to respond.
Example - Compare Free Text Entries
If you asked a question where you allowed free text entries, you can now compare the various answers you received and see if any were the same, or very different. For example, this bar chart compares the answers to "Do your products contain any chemical classified as a Polyfluoroalkyl Substance (PFAS), also known as Perfluorinated Compounds (PFCs) according to the following definition, are an entire class of fluorinated organic chemicals containing at least one fully fluorinated carbon atom at levels greater than 0 ppm, and at what amount?"
Example - Compare Reporting Fields
Let's say you just noticed that one of your Declare labels that you created in Toxnot has a typo in the address. Want to quickly check that the rest match? Use the summary data to confirm the rest of the fields match. You can also click into the product/material area to view any problematic entries.
